Kanbanery is a project management tool for Scrum and Kanban teams or personal task management.Show more screenshots »
The site has an approximate average of 500 unique users per month. No traffic statistics or information about development is available.
This project management solution is geared specifically to teams using a Kanban or Scrum approach.
In the tradition of a Kanban board, or large chart, the home page is populated by users with their tasks. Each task has multiple options for assigning responsibility, adding comments and subtasks, uploading attachments, noting issues, and linking to the task itself. Users may also sign up for RSS feeds for a task. Tasks may be moved between columns with drag-and-drop.
Each new task asks for an estimate and lists numbers. Presumably this is a time estimate, but this is not noted. Tasks may be categorized as a story, chore, or bug. There are two stars that can be highlighted, perhaps to indicate priority, but again, this is not explained. Perhaps regular users of Kanban or Scrum applications will find this intuitive.
Cumulative flow diagrams are automatically generated and may be filtered by date or process steps. The UI may be customized for each project. Graphic attachments are shown as thumbnails. Gravatars may be attached for easy viewing of who is working on a task.
Users must provide an email address to create a user account. A confirmation email leads to the account setup page where a workspace name and password must be created.
The Freelancer Plan, at $19/month, provides 5MB max file size, 5 project boards, 5 users per board, 5GB total file storage, and live updates. The Small Firm Plan is $49/month and provides 5MB max file size, 10 project boards, 20 users per board, 20GB total file storage, and live updates. The Corporate Plan is $99/month and offers 20MB max file size, unlimited project boards, unlimited users per board, unlimited total file storage, and live updates. All plans have 30 free trial periods.
Teams familiar with Kanban will benefit the most from this type of workflow utility. Others may need to familiarize themselves with the process prior to use.
